Shipping
Packed in Melbourne. Postage is calculated at checkout from the destination you choose and the quantity in the bag. Your card is charged in AUD via Stripe; US$ / € / £ amounts shown are indicative FX from our AUD list.
Usually ships within 1–3 business days. If order volume is high, it may take a little longer — we’ll email if so. Made in Melbourne.
Typical international estimates: from ~US$19.92–US$24.81 (US/CA). Duties/VAT may apply · final postage confirmed at checkout
International orders ship DDU — duties, import GST, VAT, and US customs charges are extra, collected by your local customs. We never ship DDP.

Returns
Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply. Goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for the purpose we advertise. Those rights cannot be excluded. This page is store policy, not legal advice.
If there is a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement. For a minor failure, we repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Change of mind (optional, separate from ACL): unused grommets in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price only. Buyer pays return postage unless we sent the wrong item.
Email [email protected] before returning anything.
Heavier orders cost more: three brass pieces weigh more than one, and a mixed bag sums both finishes. The checkout session is locked to the country you picked — change destination in the bag if you need to.
Trade / ABN orders, or a destination we do not list: contact or [email protected].
